Program name: From the darkness of the tomb to the light of knowledge
No one has entered the tomb for more than 400 years.
The Rosenbergs sit around a round table and guard the treasure of their family. Or is everything how it seems? Legend tells us, - scientific research reveals.
Let's try to delve deep into the past together. Will it be mysterious? Will it be scientific? Or does it only depend on our point of view?

Who are the people who were involved in the foundation of the monastery?
Can we decipher the characters depicted in the paintings and reveal the main actors of this event? Which of the Christian saints could not be missing here - and why was the monastery actually founded?
Together, we will try to put together a "living picture" and appreciate the scale of the work which began here many centuries ago.

What would you show them – and where would you start? The Vyšší Brod Monastery is a National Cultural Monument and the holder of the EHL brand. But what is its significance today? Who lives in it and what stories and treasures does it hide?
This program invites ninth-grade students to discover a place that is part of their home. It offers the opportunity to look at the monastery from a new perspective – and discover the cultural heritage that they can take with them wherever their next journey takes them.
